Detailed Review: How to Sell Merchandise on Spreadshop

In this review section, I will check out the user interface of Spreadshop and walk you through how you can sell your custom merchandise on the platform.

Let's se what Spreadshop offers.

Step 1: Create a Spreadshop account and click on the “Create products” option from the popup on your dashboard.

Step 2:  This opens up a space where I can upload any design of my choice. For this review, I've used a random image off the internet.

Step 3: Once it is uploaded, the image appears on the screen. In the middle, there is an “Edit” button that allows you to make changes to the image. Let's check this feature out.

Step 4: At this stage, Spreadshop shows my uploaded design on any available shop item.

As you can see in the screenshots below, the design preview is available for good quality shirts, hoodies, mugs, face masks, and other products.

Step 5: I've chosen the “Camper Mug” option from their menu.

Once it is chosen, it shows a preview of the mug along with options to edit the design and choose different product colors. I can also change the design size via a slider.

I can also check out the print areas.

Step 6: I can also add more designs on the other print areas. I played around with the options but decided to keep my design as it is.

Step 7: There are also two small arrows at the end of the images. By moving them around, I can rotate the design too.

I like this look, so I'll save this right here.

While this was super easy, I wanted to check out some other products as well.

Step 8: Here is what my design looks like on a red tote bag.

Step 9: After saving any design, the platform shows an option to name the design and describe it.

The name that you add here appears on the website besides product listings.

I figured that out after a couple of steps.

To finalize the design, I clicked on “Create”

Step 10: That's it — we're done with the first major part of the process. We've created two products that we can add to our Shop now.

Step 11: The setup is quite straightforward.

On the right side of the page, you get a preview of your page. The left side has options to customize the page and add your logo.

You can also change the font, heading, and text.

Step 12: After scrolling down, I can also see different items displayed along with the price tags.

Step 13: For your own t shirts, they also show photos of models so that users have a better idea of the product. I think this feature is pretty cool.

Step 14: If you want to go one step further and create unique merchandise, they also have more customization options.
